Cute, stubby bottle from a sixer at Whole Foods Bowery. Clear, pale, straw-colored pour. Loud, fizzy, anxious, soda pop head & body. Smells of generic apples, sulfites & bubble gum. Dry, chalky, faintly fruity like the clear, pineapple gummy bear flavor. Spent chewing gum.Incredibly harsh carbonation. Really lacking in depth. Cheap, thirst quenching 6er was the aim, but this is a bit too bland. It doesn’t measure up with the acid of tannic nature of other ciders in this tier, Though those do not creep down into the $10/6er territory often, if ever. A bad trade-off imo.

Bottle at home cracked during halftime of Pats Ravens so I flipped over to see Bruins beat Canadians making this cider taste even sweeter. Clear yellow green tinged cider. Nose is apple skin and white wine. Tastes of little green apple, little flesh of red, white wine, touch of earth and grass. Slightly sweet and decent carbonation. Not bad.
