750ml bottle from Whole Foods Union Square. Rounded pint glass. Spritzy, pale golden brew. Smell is of mildly tannic, slightly metallic, acidic & boozy apple juice. Taste is rounder then it smells. Lightly sweet start, with an alcoholic & raw, woody dryness. Battery laced acidity. Bitter greens. Stone fruit. Slightly fuzzy carbonation. Boozy finish. Just okay.

750 mL bottle, shared by obguthr maybe? 4/10/15. Clear pale golden, thin fizzy off-white head, decent retention. Aroma of sweet apples, vanilla, honey. The taste is apple juice, vanilla, honey. Thin bodied, mild lingering tartness.
