Bottle at Cardiff Giant. Double shot glass pour. Clear, golden brown generic spirit color. Smell is of toffee & raisins, corn & molasses. Taste is creamy sweet & barely tart, browned apple glaze. The kind that goes on a ham. Hot. This feels really hot. Whiskey more then brandy. No real finish, it sort of disappears. Runny texture. For a relatively new brand, this is pretty good. DuPont & a couple other French brands are still king though.
