Can with "Dry Hopped" in small letters. From Total Wine in Sacramento, CA. Pours light gold with no significant head. Definite apple "cider" aroma. Med minus body. It’s a bit tart - there might be hops in this - certainly seems a little hoppy compared to most ciders. But this is far from a hop bomb. Very tasty and pleasant tho. Better than oh so many ciders.

Can: Fresh apple nose, bubble gum accents and subtle floral notes. Clear yellow. Apple, witha buttered bread note. Medium body. Some fusel alcohol detected. Solid, very good.

On tap at St. Augustine's, pours a clear pale golden with no head. Aroma is very dry, with leather and dry citrus skins. Flavour is certainly nowhere near as dry, with medium - apples and moderate residual sweetness. Very nice body, with a perfect amount of sweetness. Very enjoyable stuff.

Draught at Outlander, Seattle, as Schilling Dry Cider (is this the same?)
Hazy straw color. Nice cider aroma; the mouthfeel is off-dry, and the flavor is less interesting than the aroma; moderate acidity too.

Supposedly this is a hopped cider, but it makes no mention of it anywhere on the label. There is long-winded description about the company on the back of the can, but not about the actual cider. Now there is a smartphone scanner thingie there, but shit, why couldn’t they condense that ego a bit & tell me something about their product?
Rounded pint glass. Ever so slightly hazed mellow gold body. Barely a twitch of movement.
Boozy, yeasty, banana & peach scent. More over-steeped green tea then hops.
Taste is harsh. Boozy, woody, estery. Acidy apples. Saline & banana. Old hops. Yeasty texture. Softly sweet. Dry, scruffy herbal finish. Subtle bubbles. Noticeable sulfites.
Could of been worse.
