Bottle tasted @ Jimmy43s. Went back for this a few more times then was polite just to try & understand it.
Wine glass. A slightly unsettled, mostly clear, pale gold body.
Leafy bittergreen scent. Apricot & lemon. Lumber. I’m expecting lots of acid.
Taste is bitter, unripened fruit. Sharp & more sharp. Lemon. Sucking on peach pits. Whiskey bitterness. Plastic? Tangy, soured/turned fruit juice finish. Confusing, my notes say I liked this.
Runny feel. Bit of dry mouth, again, very acidic. Carbonation is just under what might be considered moderate.
Good, but not great. Flagrant just works sometimes. Would of enjoyed some contrast though.
