On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy gold with small white head. The aroma is ginger soda and oak. Thin body, ginger, spice light dry finish, decent.

Draft. Poured a hazy dark yellow color with a small off-white fizzy head that disappeared pretty quickly. Aroma was tart apples, heavy notes of ginger. Flavor was plenty of spicy, robust shaved ginger, lots of juicy apples. This was similar to a ginger beer without the added sugar, as my girlfriend said.

Not the worst cider I've had. Ginger back end burns the throat.

Quite rare and its from a clear bottle. Smell is slight aroma of ginger. Yes, very dry, all the sugar has been fermented out of this stuff. Ginger does strangely add some heat to this. Its dry but not awful dry like the stuff I make. Lots of co2 but that heat certainly is apparent. Yes interesting burn down the throat. This almost has a mole attitude about it. Quite unique and quite dry. Glad have had the chance to try this stuff. Not disappointed. If yer looking fer cider that has lots of unfermented sweet sugar in there, like woodchuck, don’t look here. This is more like the real thing. Biting and fresh. Yes that ginger heat is something you need to experience.

12oz single from The Northern Liberties Foodery in Philly.
Wine goblet. Clear, golden, active. Lasting quarter inch of white fizz.
Smells softly of Schweppes ginger ale & lemon. Not spicy like the Jamaican stuff.
Taste is a disappointment. Crazy dry, withered remnants of apple cider. Strong carbonation. It’s barely held together by a prickly, faded ginger spice. Actually, it tastes mostly of peppercorn, & not at all zesty. :( Biting, but completely lacking any fleshy ginger flavor.
Refreshing, but soulless.
