Sampled at a Farmer’s Market in Ithaca. Fairly sweet, but not overly so. Nice, string apple presence. Good drinkablity despite the high carbonation level. Enjoyable.

Found a rep pouring this at basically every other event during cider week. Dropped the $13 on a bottle just because I felt bad about depleting their stock so.
Chalice. Clear, dark caramelly color. Flash of white head. Active.
Smells of bitter-tart skin, minerals, & a bit of leafy honey. Muted.
Oxidized/browned apple & generic ginger ale sweetness. Almost perfectly bittersweet & suited to my palate. Mellow tartness, but solid acidity. Round, but it dries out a bit on the end.
Slightly slick, despite the moderate, but proud carbonation. Easy, warm alcohol. So easy to drink. Shame I can’t get this cheap on tap for growler fills.
