Edit: Recent batch on tap @ BK Cider House. Intentionally flat. Cheesy swiss nose, bittersweet ending sweet & tart & musky. Very basic, but okay. On tap @ Queens Kickshaw. Served in a bubble wine glass. Still, though it should of been served slightly effervescent according to the rep. Different blend & process then the bottled Still & Dry. Coarsely filtered pale wheat-colored body. Smells subtly of leaves & acidic, unripened fruit. Tastes of table wine, apricots, bitter greens, & popsicle sticks. Very acidy & only subtly tart. Big, biting/clenching tannins come through middle end & linger. Not a whole lot of flavor to work with though. Stiff alcohol & a hard to describe wet texture. Drying finish. Overshadowed by Farnum Hill’s new 212 Dooryard which was also on tap.
