Corked bottle from Delaurenti, Seattle
Measured Final Gravity: 1090
Dark shade of blond, hazy; nice legs. This is a fresh fruity version of Ice Cider, with apple juice, Bourbon vanilla, toffee, pineapple; very sweet and syrupy as the gravity confirms, but with a high degree of acidity, a bit lemony. Warming alcohol. Very easy to drink.
Amazing drink.

375mL bottle, pours a clear pale yellow with no head. Aroma of caramelized apples, toffee, and brown sugar - decadent aromatics. Flavour is exquisite, with loads of complex caramelized apples, treacle toffee, alcohol and brown sugar. Wow, this is elegant, complex and a decadent desert treat. Nothing off about this. Phenomenal stuff.

Repeated pours @ the New Amsterdam Farmer’s Market. Clear, gooey, pale orange pour. Nose is zesty lemon honey tea & fresh cider juice. Taste is a bright, tangy, spicy, spirited, Applejack infused cocktail. Upfront tartness with better then decent acid. Nice & tangy. Lingering honey & bitter orange zest. Almost like a more fruit centric version of sweet & sour sauce. Syrupy body. Hot alcohol, but incredibly tangy & spicy. Not as refined, but definitely more fun then several Canadian examples I’ve had.
