Ticked at night one of the rbwg2015 hotel lobby bottle share extravaganza. Growler pours with a clear copper body that supports an off white head. The aroma offers up whiskey like booze, some pine hops, a touch of citrus hops and then a load of spicy oak. The taste starts with spicy and sweet oaky vanilla and then heads into a bit of pine and citrus hoppiness. This has a nice balance of barrel treatment and beer flavor.

Growler shared during the first Late Nite session of RBWG 2015. Pours clear rich gold with a creamy white head. The aroma has some buttered bread, grains, maybe some popcorn. Medium sweet flavor, some cheesy notes, pale bread, rye grains. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Further notes of caramel in the finish, faint cheese, some orange citrus, alcohol. So so.
