Keg at the RBWG ’15 wind down, 22/02/15. Golden orange with a moderate off white covering. Nose is citric peel, yeast, straw, orange, spice. Taste comprises yeast esters, clove, orange peel, earthy, candied fruit peel. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Adequate Belgian.

Draft at the brewery bar. Pours cloudy yellow with a creamy white head. Pleasant wheat and yeast in the nose, some ripe lemon. Medium sweet flavor with doughy wheat bread, yeasty phenols, citrus, minimal bitterness. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Sweet and bready on the finish, some perfume, wheat. Simple but tasty.

On tap at brewery. Pours a hazy gold with small white head thst lasts. The aroma is belgian yeast and honey. Similar flavor with banana and light dry finish.
