On tap during RBWG. Pours a dark brown with beige head. The aroma is pepper and smoke. Thin mouthfeel with light spice and pepper.

on tap @RBWG-JAX-tan-mahogany. A-soft sweet dk malt. T-soft sweet maple-dk malt soft jalepeno that builds some.

Appearance: Dark brown with a small tan head and spotty lacing
Aroma: Roasted malts, maple syrup and green peppers
Taste: Similar to the aroma, but the peppers stand out more
A nice stout.

Tap at Seven Bridges during RBWG 2013. Pours oily black-brown with a thick, beige foam head. Dark chocolate on the nose with suggestions of spicy peppers. Medium sweet flavor with pleasant, bittersweet cocoa, coffee, moderate roast and subtle spice. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Sweet finish, some chocolates malts, mild peppery spice on the back of the tongue, light earthy bitterness. Decent beer.
