On tap at brewery, pours dark brown with small beige head. Aroma is roast and maple. Thick mouth with coffee roast, light maple, with a light dry finish.

on tap @RBWG-JAX- A-smoke-med malt. T-smoke/chocolate-dk malt, 2nd hops, then some sweetness comes in.

On tap at the brewery during RBWG 2013. Pours clear brown with a creamy tan cap. Good smokey dark malt nose, some burnt toast, charred meat. Medium to big sweet flavor, good roast and smoke, some ham. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Sweet finish, lightly syrupy, more smoke. Good stuff.

Appearance: Black with a medium sized tan head and some lacing
Aroma: Roasted malts and coffee
Taste: Roasted malts, grainy and rich chocolate
