Poured from a 375 ml bottle. Aroma is acidic with a nice lemon and citrus character. Medium to medium light Earthy funk with some medium light oak notes. Medium light tropical fruit notes with pineapple being most prevalent. Pours a hazy, golden orange with a slight pinkish hue and a moderately sized, fairly thin, white head that disappears quickly. No lacing and small legs. Flavor is slightly tart with a light lemon note and a bit of orange. A medium oak note with some light barnyard funk. Moderate tropical fruit notes with under ripe pineapple and some citrus pith. Medium bitterness and oak tannins. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and medium low alcohol warmth. Overall, a very nice beer with good oak, acidity, and funk. Nice tropical fruit notes. A little harsh bitterness in the finish.

Bottle thanks to Phil. Pours a cloudy orange gold with no head. The aroma is strong oak, cognac, grapefruit. Medium mouth with tart fruit, light cognac, oak, complex, very nice.
