On tap at Freetail. Pours a cloudy yellow with small frothy white head. The aroma is a strong lemon zest, funk, yeast. Thin mouthfeel with nice tart lemon, light oak, and nice sour finish. Very good.

Shaker pint draft at the brewpub in San Antonio, Texas. Pour is a cloudy hazed copper yellow with a minimal white head. Aroma is slight sour, wheat grain, and a yeasty coriander. Taste is the sour wheat grain up front, followed close behind by the mineral coriander and lemongrass. The finish and aftertaste are a touch dirty and dull. Palate is medium bodied, with light carbonation. Overall, a well constructed and nice tasting Wit.

Growler thanks to travita. Pours with a small white head over a hazy whitish body. Aroma is slightly tart lemon, tons of coriander and a bit of pepper. Taste is spicy, and dry with wheat, pepper and coriander. Light bubbles and light bodied.

Sample at the brewpub. This brew is a cloudy yellow/peach color with a minimal white head that burns away quickly. Spotty lacing here and there. Tropical fruit and spices in the nose. Light body with flavors of sweet fruit and spices, yeast and a bit of malt. The finish is fruity with a mild spice aftertaste. Average overall.
