750 ml bottle, vintage 03/01/18. Deep brown color with red highlights. Aroma shows mostly Cabernet grape. Maybe a honey hint. Flavor shows mostly the grape. Light hints of the Quad underneath. Dusty yeast. ABV is hidden. Easy enough to drink.

Taster at the brewery. Pours a reddish, brown color, with a small, bubbly, beige head. The aroma is dates, Malbec, brown sugar, plums, and dried orange peel. Sweet and malty, with a touch of bitterness. Medium to heavy body, with a syrupy, velvety palate. This is a delicious, complex quad.

On tap at Freshcraft. Pours a cloudy brown with beige head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is oak booze and grape. Thin mouthfeel with watery boozey mess.
