Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 8.5
On tap at the Fermentaria. Pours a cloudy orange gold with thick frothy off white head that lasts. The aroma is strong oak, pears, pepper. Medium mouth, strong pepper, funky, oak, light dryness, very good.
