Bottle pours out a clear crisp golden topped with a white head. Nose is ginger lots of oak floral sour notes citrus lemon zest. Taste is more of lemon zest citrus floral tartness and some ginger.

Bottle. Pours a hazy orange with small off white head that lasts. The aroma is strong ginger and funk. Thin mouth, perfect amount of ginger, very balanced and tart, really enjoyed this one.

Tap. Pours clear tangerine orange, small white head, good lacing. Very light aroma, floral, ginger, oak. Flavor is interesting, medium tart, floral, lots of ginger, oak. Medium body, nice!

[2/14/15] Draught at The Rare Barrel in Berkeley. Red color. Sourish aroma with lots of hibiscus and some ginger. Sweetish-sourish flavor with fruitiness, lots of hibiscus, oak and a faint vinegar note. Medium-bodied.
