“A beer for all you craft beer drinking chuckleheads. This collaboration brew takes inspiration from Berliner Weisse, but we rooted it down in Central Oregon. We mixed up the malt bill with Great pilsner, wheat, rye, raw farro and locally grown hard red spring wheat from Mecca Grade Estate Malt in Madras, Ore. Tartness is provided from a lactobacillus fermentation, and lemony, floral and sweet hop notes come from healthy additions of Oregon Meridians and Crystals. Additionally, we infused the aroma of our landscape with juniper berries and evergreen tips.”

On tap at Belmont Station. Pours a hazy yellow with small frothy white head that lasts. The aroma is cereal, lemon, floral. Thin mouth, dough, lemon zest, wheat, light tartness, very good.
