Brewvival Trip Beer 18. Served on draft at the brewery. Pours a dark brown color with a medium sized creamy tan head. Good head retention. Aroma of huge salty bacon notes with faint molasses and earthy notes. The taste is salty bacon, smoke, mild roast, chocolate. Medium bodied. Is it possible to have too much bacon in a beer? Yes. If I’m tasting this much bacon, I want physical bacon.
