Growler during RBWG. Pours a very dark brown with medium tan head that lasts. The aroma is chocolate, wood, whiskey, vanilla. Medium mouth, strong dark chocolate, wood, nice booze presence, lingering bitter finish. Very nice.

RBWG-JAX Grand Tasting-Thanks thecheesedman-2L plastic-lt brown-black that sheets. A-roasty/molasses-sweet dk malt, whiskey/wood, coconut. T-roasty dk malt, whiskey/wood, coconut. Very balanced. A bit smoother/softer than the Stranahan

Growler at RBWG Grand Tasting 2013. Pours deep brown with a good, brown foam head. Great beer, some boozy heat, rich dark chocolate, torched wood. Full bodied with fine carbonation. Hot finish, earth, bittersweet chocolate, some barrel. Great stuff.
