A somewhat extinct Polish Ale. 100% oak smoked malted wheat and oak is also used in the malting process. Very low ABV makes for a refreshing and sparkling session ale with just the right amount of smoke. Brewed with a hard water to mimic Polish well water and Saazer varieties of hops.

Growler during RBWG. Pours a cloudy yellow with large frothy white head that lasts. The aroma is smoke and lemon zest. Medium mouth with light sourness, wheat, lingering smoke in finish, very good.

16 oz draft at the brew pub in Winter Park, Florida. The pour is a clear golden with a smallish white head. The aroma is soft wood smoke, wheat grain and some grass. The taste is clean well integrated flavors of the soft smoke and the wheat notes. The palate is very light bodied, though is certainly not thin. The carbonation is active with a clean dry softly smoky finish. Nice Grätzer, super easy drinking.

RBWG-JAX Grand Tasting-white-hazy yellow. A-smoke, grain, meat. T-smoke, wheat-bread. Interesting.

Growler at RBWG 2013 Grand Tasting. Pours clear yellow with a light, white foam head. Definite smoke in the nose, some grass and white bread. Light sweet flavor with dry straw, biscuits, background smoke. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Dry finish, more biscuity pale malts, lingering smoke, tasty stuff. Pretty novel and easily drinkable,
