On tap at Haymarket. Black with a small tan head. Aroma of chocolate, roasted malt, light oak and some toffee. Similar taste. The body was full and the finish with warming alcohol. A nice one to sip.

Tap at the brewery. Black, little carbonation. Some soy sauce, heavily roasted malt, thick palate and some alcohol burn. Some character of coffee and chocolate, and a little sweet. I good brewpub imperial stout.

Bottle during RBWG Grand Tasting. Pours a dark brown with small beige head that lasts. The aroma is caramel, roast, chocolate, wood. Thick mouth, chewy, roast, milk chocolate, light booze, caramel, very nice.

@RBWG-JAX Grand Tasting-still-black that sheets. A-sweet dk malt, dk fruit. T-sweet dk malt, dk fruit, earthy. Easy.
