On tap at the brewery. Pours a cloudy brown with small frothy off white head that lasts. The aroma is grape, caramel, honey. Medium mouth, sweet, dark fruit, caramel, light booze, very good.

Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a crystal clear deep copper body that supports a thin near white head of foam. The aroma offers up a sweet smelling mix of sugary malts, cherry and deep dark grape like fruitiness. The taste is similar where sweet fruity notes like ripe red cherries and deep red colored grapes blend with sweet maltiness. As this gets to midway it picks up a mild fruit skin tannin like tartness that helps reign in the sweetness a bit. Nice sipper for a young-ish barleywine.
