Pours unclear amber, underneath a 95% glass-fill of foam. Smell is rather weak, Taste is sharp, yeasty, bread, full grain, thick, almost buttery (though no dyacethyl) like aftertaste. Not as bad as it sounds, it is actually quite alright. Too much carbo, that’s for sure, but the taste is where it needs to be.

Towering yellow head, over fully hazy ochre beer. Lightly roasted malts and garden herbs, nettles. Lightly toasted malts, hint at old honey, bit nutty, other grains and greenmalt. Light to medium bodied, very well-carbonated. Pretty good. Maybe not stellar, but I like its balance.
