(Can) bright, clear yellow orange color with a small white head; aroma of compote, tartness; tart flavor with a medium long, light tart finish, quite nice for US gose

On tap at the Loyal Legion, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma is loaded with lacto, coriander and a touch of salt. Flavour is along the same lines, with coriander, lacto and some salt. Very yogurty on the palate. Nicely balanced. Solid.

Tap at the brewpub in Portland. A decent Gose. Lagery in appearance but only slightly in taste. A good sour.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear yellow color with a medium white head. A big lemon salty nose. The flavor is big salt, funky lemons. Sour salty.

Tap. Pours hazy straw, large white head, dissipates slowly, nice lacing. Aroma is a bit of grain, wheat, lemon. Flavor is light tart, lemon and coriander. Odd back note. Flavor follows, light sweet and obvious bitterness, zesty, perhaps lime zest. Light body.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear gold with small white head. The aroma is salt, dough, lemon. Thin mouth, similar flavors to nose, cereal, crisp, crushable, very good.
