Bottle. Pale amber color. Foams like a madman. Hints of citrus and white pepper in the aroma. Thin, slightly alcoholic. Citric. Slightly acidic, yet malty flavor. Hints of white pepper. Actually quite nice.

That’s a first ! When I bought this, the brewer told me it was a gusher. Why did I buy it ? Guess I’m insane :) Anyway, No gusher (!) but if you pour, it’s all foam. When the foam has ’melted down’ into beer, and you pour again, the foam rises afterwards, and creates a gusher in your glass. Unique, for sure ! Smell is sweet, very yeasty. Taste is super-yeasty, full, overripe fruit. Really Belgian. Actually quite low on carbo, the way I like it ( it probably loses most by having such a big foam) The beer itself is totally alright, even quite good, if you’re into a tripel-like taste ( Belgian yeastbomb ) . i’m not, really, but can admit the taste is quite alright, as is the body. If only the foam would be less... Well, just less, really! Can’t say I was warned though !

Bottle @ home. Light gusher, but if you pour quickly you can avoid spilling any. Very fruity aroma upon opening, sort of a mix between orangepeel and fruity yeast. Hazy golden, light orange color, initally with a huge fizzy white head that diminishes fairly quickly. After a while a small white head remains. Aroma is lightly malts, orangepeel, lightly blossom, passion fruits, unripe melon, yeasty. Taste lightly malts, yeast, blossomy, lightly orangepeel, a moderate fruitpeel bitterness mixed with a sweetish touch of melon. Decent body, initially fizzy carbonation, after a while it becomes softer and more pleasant. Quite a decent Tripel imo.

Spritzig, rund. 5/9/10/10/4/10

Bottled. An unclear yellow beer with a huge white head. The aroma has notes of fruits, malt, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, yeast, fruits, and straw, leading to a bitter finish.
