Clean kettle sour nose. Pale and a bit hazy. Clean tartness, straightforward...decent on its own but would make a great base.

On tap at three magnets brew pub Olympia. Pours out a hazy dish water color with a touch of head. Nose is tart lacto some fruit and greens. Taste is pucker sour tartness sourdough bread and some citrus fruit.

Growler, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Nose brings out tart wheat, citrus and a lovely funky quality. Flavour is very complex, with lots of tart citrus notes, wheat, and funk. Very cohesive and highly drinkable. Wonderful stuff.

Growler. Pours a cloudy yellow color with a medium white head. A big fruity oak sour nose. The flavor is sharp, sour fruit, oak. Very smooth. Quite sour.
