PINTA Fest Oktober 13,3° - w dniu w którym burmistrz Monachium odszpuntuje pierwszą beczkę i rozpocznie Oktoberfest 2018, my w Krakowie otworzymy pierwsza beczkę Fest Oktober i rozpoczniemy drugi dzień One More Bear Festival :-) To ciemnozłote piwo o czystym, lagerowym charakterze, z bogatym aromatem niemieckich słodów - głównie monachijskiego i wiedeńskiego. Spokojnie - bez słodów karmelowych :-) W zasypie wyłącznie słody bazowe z jęczmienia odmiany Barke® uprawianej wokół Bambergu (Górna Frankonia). Chmielenie, a jakże, niemieckim Tettnangiem - do tego niespieszna fermentacja i kilka tygodni leżakowania. Fest Oktober!

Draft at Wezze Krafta, Krakow, Poland. Pours abbey reddish with minimal foam. Aroma is weak of caramel and malty. Body is average like carbonation. Taste is moderately sweet and bitter, well balanced. Finish is regular in length with some residual bitterness.

Flight at Ministerstwo shared with Kermis. Thin white head. Clear light amber pour. A bit herbal

5 3 5 3 10Draft at Ministerstwo Browaru - Wroniecka, Poznan. Clear amber with an off white head. Aroma of grain, malt, cardboard and light veggies. Flavour is light moderate sweet and bitter. Light to medium bodied with light carbonation.
