29 September 2022. At Pinthouse Pizza S. Lamar, Austin. Shared with the lovely Anke!
Clear amber, small, tan head. Aroma of green tea, biscuit, peanut, red apple, pear, plum. Taste has sweet apple & pear, maltiness of peanut & dry biscuit. Herbal hoppy finish with tea leaves, peanut & apple. Medium body, slick texture, average carbonation. Okay.

Draft. Amber color with off-white head. Sweet, malty aroma. Sweet maltiness pervades the flavor. There are almost wood-like notes as well. Mild bitterness. Pretty good.
