[1/31/16] Bottle sample at a hotel lobby bottle share during RBWG 2016 in Santa Rosa. Murky amber. Aroma of caramel, vinegar, wood, fruitiness. Acidic and slightly sweetish flavor with caramel, cobwebs hints, vinegar. Medium-bodied. Good but too much vinegar.

Bottle. Pours a hazy copper brown with small beige head. The aroma is apple skin, oak, and vinegar. Medium mouth, funky, apple core, vinous, light dryness, good.

Bottle shared during RBWG 2016x pours unclear ruby with a frothy white head. Acetic aroma, tart berries. Light to medium sweet flavor with moderate acetic bite, some leathery berries. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Tart, acetic finish, more leathery berries. Tasty.

Bottle shared at the the rbwg 2016. Hazed orange onion skin coloured pour with a lasting off white head. Aroma is sour lemon, light vinegar, tangy granny smith apple. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, sour, spicy apple, tangy, palate is tangy, highish carbonation.
