On tap at the brewery. It pours a pale yellow color with a white head. The aroma is nice with fresh, fuzzy tart apricots. The flavor is tart with strong lemon and apricot. Very fresh and fruity. Light bodied and clean. Great stuff.

Poured from a bottle. Aroma has a moderately strong apricot note with moderate acidity. Some light citrus and yogurt more. Faint wheat and make present as well. Pours a fairly clear, golden color with a medium large, fairly thick, white head that steadily recedes to a thin film that is thicker on the edges. Faint lacing and no legs. Flavor has a moderate to moderately strong acidity with some citrus, especially lemon. Some light yogurt notes with medium light wheat and malt character. A light sweetness with moderate apricot notes, though less than in the aroma. Mouthfeel is light bodied with medium high carbonation. Low astringency and life alcohol warmth. Overall, a simple, clean Berliner with some nice apricot notes. Definitely more apricot in the aroma than flavor, but I like that this doesn’t go as fruit heavy as the de Garde beers do. That being said, I wish the base beer had more complexity.
