On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy gold with large creamy white head that lasts. The aroma is strong grape and yeast. Thin mouth, light tartness, vinous, yeast, light dry finish, very good.

Live barrel poured at the Sixgill for Cascade night. Cascade just gets it. Pours an apple juice color with almost no head. Orange, tangerine like aroma. Flavor is pucker up tart up front with some apple and tangerine. Sour flavor sticks around forever. Great beer overall.

Slightly hazy, blonde, oaky vinous front, with tartness, tart, apricot/peach fruitiness and moderate acidity. Really nice balance. Refreshing tart wheaty finish.

On tap at Cascade, pours a hazy golden blonde with almost no head. Aroma brings out notes of lemon, grass, and cherries - moderate sweetness and moderate sourness. Flavour brings out lemon, some stone fruits and citrus zest. Finishes on notes of vanilla and oaky citrus. Very soft palate, barely carbonated. Not very complex or refined. Decent, but lacking.

On tap. Pours with a clear golden hue with some amazing lace from the white head. Quite an interesting aroma, quite phenolic, spicy, wood notes. Nearly and apple brandy character. Sharp wood, pepper, wine and funk. Flavors are quite funky as well, sharp, tannic, oak. Really sharp lactic notes. Medium bubbles, quite dry.
