On tap at Cascade. Pours a cloudy orange color with a medium white head. A sour fruity nose. Oak, funky tea, sharp sourness at times. Vanilla. Nice brew.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a cloudy orange with small white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is grape, tea, oak, funk. Thin mouth, tart, vinous, funky, tea, light finish, very nice.

Poured from the tap. Cloudy golden yellow with minimal white head. Predominant white wine sour with a subtle oolong finish. A little light bodied.
