On tap at the Pacific City BP Dark down nearly black coarse light tan head. Darknroqst aromas and flavors but a light clean malt body. Lightly hopped and a dry finish. A little leathery sourness at the end.

22 ounce bottle. Pours a dark reddish brown almost black hue with a medium tan head. A light toasty and chocolate nose. The flavor is nutty, some berries, big Munich malts. Semi-sweet. Very smooth and drinkable. Really suits the Fall of course. Really nice beer.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a dark brown with small beige head that lasts. The aroma is bready malt and dark fruit. Medium mouth, caramel, raisin, light spice finish, good.

On tap at Pelican brewing. pours out a crisp brown topped with a sand head. Nose is light roast and a touch of smoke. Taste is more of the roast malts and a nice light smoke.
