On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy orange gold with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is yeast, floral, clove, spice. Medium body, banana, yeast, clove, spice, light fruity malt, good.

Tap at Falling Rock - hazy golden - taste is incredibly phenolic - lots of black pepper and clove, even a touch of banana - quite a bit of tropical fruit sweetness which is a little too high for my tastes - the string phenols do a scent job of covering this up - decent.

Approximately 12 oz goblet draft at the brew pub in Frisco, Colorado. Pour is a hazy golden with a frothy white head. Aroma is malt and wheat, bright Belgian yeast, clove, and some hay grass and earth. Taste is the clove yeast and malt sweetness. Aftertaste is some bright phenols. It all comes together pretty well. Palate is medium bodied, soft natural carbonation and the yeasty finish. I like my saisons a bit drier, but this was good. I didn’t realize the abv of this beer until after the fact, explains some of the sweetness. Cheers to the adiditional info I received via the brewery.
