Very clear, golden and lightly peach coloured body with a relatively large, six centimetre tall, pure white head that leaves a very ugly lace on the sides. Aroma of guava, light soap, mangoes, quince, a dash of figs and a ligthly biscuity, very grassy malt scent that shows a lot of grainy notes, while still showing a lot of fruits. Light to Medium-bodied; Strong grassy and very herbal flavours up front with a lot of fruits still noticeable and a dash of light sugars and fructose, but the malt and lager flavours definitely show through. Aftertaste shows the fruits nice and dry with some good and noticeable sweetness, but the lager qualities are stronger than anything else, both in terms of the yeast, but also the biscuity malt component, but all things considered, this one shows fairly nicely and the fruits hit well, especially for the style. Overall, a nice and fruity lager with a lot of good flavours and a solid profile that shows well, especially for the style. Overall, a nice and fruity beer that would work really well in the summertime, or pretty much anytime in Texas, but this even was a nice beer on a Winter day here in Washington, as it was full of flavour and depth, sampled at home in Washington on 22-March-2020.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy yellow gold with medium frothy white head. The aroma is grass and guava. Medium mouth, juicy guava, grass, light finish, good.
