Black Trippel

On tap at the brewery. Pours a dark ruby brown with medium beige head that lasts. The aroma is yeast, bubblegum, dark fruit. Medium mouth, bready malt, bubblegum, yeast, boozy finish, good.

Dark brown coloured body with a thin one centimetre tall light brown head. Aroma of roasted malt, alcohol and pit fruits. Medium to Full-bodied; Strong assertive roast up front with a deep honey, apricot and yeast flavour that battles through the roast. Aftertaste shows a good character with some pit fruit sweetness, raisins, figs, honey and a lot of roast as well. Overall, a nice and very respectable beer for a hybrid, kind of cool take on the styles. Definitely worth trying if you can find it!
