Bottled. A hazy dark golden beer with an off-white head. The aroma has notes of spices and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, hops, spices, and fruit, leading to hoppy finish. Thanks fiulijn for sharing.

Bottle 35,5 cl. Courtesy of jleblanc. Slightly hazy golden with an off-white head. Fresh piney, citrusy and even peachy hops in the nose. Medium body, lovely sweet fruitiness. Mouthdrying and almost astringent hop finish. 150311

8/22/10. Floral and fruity. Rather fresh hoppy aroma. Tangerines/apricots(?), hop flowers, some pine resin, a little grass. It’s just not quite as strong as I’d like. A bit blandly bitter, particularly in the finish. A lightly sweet crystal malt flavor lurks below. This is yet another beer that I’d like to revisit in the future, preferably from a fresh keg. 7/7/11. Better than I remember. Fruity, floral hop aroma and very good flavor. Could have a bit more bitterness, but it’s nice and pale without any of the cloying caramel note that plagues many IPAs. It has some light stickiness. Pleasant beer.

Bottle. Medium copper. Fragrant, flowery aroma with citrus, pineapple, grass, and fruit salad. Flavor is similar, but with somewhat sweet malts as well, giving honey and light caramel notes. Borders on the syrupy. Great hops, but a bit too sweet and the bitterness is very mild. Like it, though.

Sample at the 1st annual Columbus Beerfest on 05/28/10: This beer is a clear orange color with a medium thin and fluffy off-white head that recedes slowly. Sticky small patches of lacing. The aroma consists of citrusy hops and sweet malt. Medium body with a moderately bitter hops character and flavors of fruit and malt. The finish is grassy hops and fruit with a bitterness that lingers a bit. Decent overall.

Bottle. Dull amber color, edge head. Aroma of pine sol. Tastes like licking the pine tar off an old baseball bat. Extreme resin. Difficult to drink. Nothing flowery about this one.

American Beer Distro: Pours a hazy orange color with a thick, slightly off-white head. Strong floral aroma along with citrus, substantiated by floral and earthy hops. In the mouth it begins with a full frontal hop attack sustained by a thorough bitterness throughout, coupled with sweet citrus and floral elements. Overall, a rather good IPA. I wonder if it is really 8% alcohol... doesn’t seem like it is...
