Tap at the brewery . Pours very clear blonde . No real head . Taste is sharp , bitter , floral . Bitter aftertaste . Intense taste , yet a rather thin mouthfeel ( normal at this ABV ) . Nice

Tap at the brewpub. Pours faint yellow with small soapy head. Nose is lemony and grains. Tatars of lemon peel, grainy, corn, dusty, and herbal tea. Very thin palate. Boring brew head down the road to Newburgh for better cream ales

Location: Draft at the Brewpub, 9/20/13

Aroma: The nose is on the light side, grains, malts, some lemon, and a little spice
Appearance: It pours a hazy yellowish color with an average sized white head
Flavor: The taste is similar, clean and malty, with some lemon and spice notes as well
Palate: The body is light-medium and it has a decent mouthfeel to it
Overall Impression: I thought this was an okay, fairly unexciting beer. It was probably the least exciting thing I tried at Peekskill, but I can certainly see this one's purpose. It's a good stable for the non-sour/hop fans that come in for a visit.

Served on draft at the brewpub. Pours a clear golden color with a medium sized creamy tan head. Decent head retention. Aroma of popcorn, nutty notes and herbal hops. The taste is corn, pale malts, herbal notes and a faint bit of band-aid. Medium bodied.
