From tap. Pours pitch boack with a small tan head. Aroma is roasted dark malty, breadish to liqourice. Lingering dark malty, roasted and liqourice. Roasted and dark malty far finish.

Tap at the brewery . Pours black . Small grey head . Smell is coffee, cream , lactic . Oaty and chocolate . Taste is bitter , milkchocolate ( a sweet kind ) beautifull aromatic dark malt characters . Creamy mouthfeel .

Tap at brewery deep rich pour with lovely nose is espresso and dark chocolate. Tastes of espresso, bitter dark chocolate, earth, wood, light licorice. Great creamy palate almost no booze or residual sweetness. Drink this up on this frigid day.
