Bottle from Hanly’s Bar, Stokestown [260816]
Hazy red brown, off white head
Aroma of sweet raspberry, sweet jammy fruits
Taste of juicy raspberry, fresh sour, good flavour but not complex
Palate - Medium carb and body, acidic sour initally the raspberry jam sweet ness, refereshing. Finish of soft juicy fruits, clean off palate
Overall - This is very nice, good raspberry flavour - as it’s a sour, one bottle is enough

Tap @ In De Wildeman, small sample, thanks Susette! Blackboard says brett aged, but I didn’t get any of that (fortunately) Reddish brown color. Aroma is full on raspberry, a little sour. Retronasal raspberry, sourish, a bit dry, slightly woody. Flavor is mild sour, fruity. Light bodied. Pretty nice.

Bottle, 330 ml, from Ščurk, shared with JFK10000. Murky brown, small beige head. Lots of raspberries in aroma. Citric, sourish, berries. Easy to drink. Light to medium bodied.

Bottle. Reddish beer with a reasonable head. The aroma is slightly sour, and the flavour is quite deeply sour with a red fruit feel and a touch of yeastiness. Overall too much of a sour affair for my liking. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Thanks Tim for sharing the bottle! Poured into a taster showing slightly lighter than moderate filtered rusted copper with no head. The nose shows sweet tea and caramel malts. The palate is raspberry forward with moderate carbonation and moderately tart. It’s quite a lot of raspberry.

Bottle shared. Thanks Tim M. Big raspberry nose with some young strawberry, pepper and caramel malt on the nose. Scratchy mouthfeel with more berry on the palate. Light tartness, but well-balanced fruit beeer that tastes like beer with fruit and not the other way around. Dry finish with some pepper from the rye. Nice.
