URSUS Black nu este o bere brună obișnuită. Povestea ei începe nu cu unul, așa cum au berile obișnuite, ci cu trei tipuri de malț toate 100% pure. Iar în povestea ei, fiecare malț are rolul lui: unul dă gustul, altul dă culoarea, pe când al treilea conferă aroma. Gustul blând, nu foarte amărui (23 unități de amăreala), și cele 6 procente de alcool îi dau personalitatea unică. Așa că URSUS Black cu trei tipuri de malț, e altfel decât orice altă bere brună.

On tap at Caru cu Bere, Bucharest, Romania. A black coloured pour with a medium beige head on top. Roasty, malty, caramel aroma. Tastes similar, roasty, malty, caramel, slightly bitter. Easy drinker.

Sample from 50 cl Can. Dark amber colour with a thin, off white head. Sweet aroma with caramel malts, fruits, liqourice, toasted notes. Taste is light sweet. Medium bodied. Sweet finish with toasted notes. Nice Schwarzbier.

Can@Jespers - dark brown to black pour with beige head. Sweet bready toasty malty, with some caramel, slight cocoa, hoppy backing, toasted malty close. Decent.

Blik gedeeld met Benzai en TomHendriksen. Diep donkerbruin helder bier met rode gloed. Aroma van koffie en drop. Smaak van gebrande mout. Licht tintelend in de mond. Nasmaak heeft iets van koffie en hop.

Can @ tasting shared with TomHendriksen and Inoven. Nice dark brown color with a nice deep dark red glare coming through when held into the light. Average sized beige head that diminishes fairly quickly. Aroma is malts, brown malts, lightly dark candy sugar. Taste malts, dark malts, malt bitter, lightly iron, lightly brown candy sugar in the distance. Decent body, medium carbonation. Quite decent.

Blik, gedeeld door Benzai, samen met Inoven geproefd. Het is een donker bier met in de verte een rode gloed, geen schuim. Het heeft een volle smaak, je proeft duidelijk het gebrande mout.

Can shared at home. Dark brown pour with a medium height tan head with OK retention. Notes of roasted malts, dark chocolate, bitter generic hops, pilsner malts. Medium body, high carbonation and a roasty refreshing finish.

Pours caramelly black, small grey head. Smell is sweet, spiced, roasty, aromatic Sugar, floral. taste is bit bitter, burnt malts. light mouthfeel, OK carbo. roasty back. very nice!
