Bottle. A- Smoke, faint sweetness. A- Copper color, cloudy liquid, off white head. T- Smoke, chilies, very mild sweetness. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, slightly spicy finish. O- Pretty good but almost too much trying to happen. Lots of smoke for sure and the chilies are present on the palate but not really the nose. There is a lingering spice and the right amount. I really don't get any maple other than a faint sweetness and really no berries at all which I had hoped for. All in all, this could be phenomenal but I think it stopped at being just really good.

On tap at Christmas in July. Pours a cloudy orange with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is maple and strong peppers. Medium body, maple, jammy, nice heat in finish, very good.
