Expensive 16oz can pours with a slightly hazy copper body that has thin gold edges and supports a light tan head of foam. The aroma offers up lots of sweet sugary berry notes, some berry skin like tartness and then mild soft sweet smelling malts. The taste delivers sweet malts and sweet berries rimmed thinly by berry fruit tartness. To midway it gets into more sugary malts and a bit of sweet doughy notes as well as berry juice that has a tart edge to it. Decent but on the sweet side and the juicy berry notes over shadow the beer notes.

19.2 ounce can, cost -$6
Honey coloured, hazy beer with a quickly dissipating head of foam. No lacing.
Smells of raspberries, candi sugar, hints of the English malt. Not much Belgian aboot it other than that candi sugar.
Sweet/tart raspberry notes that are so balanced. Candi sugar puts it more on the sweet side but just. This was canned March 10th so things may have changed over the near 5 months.
Fairly light bodied with medium carbonation.
It’s no Raspberry Tart but it is fine in its own right.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy pink with medium off white head that lasts. The aroma is strong berry and floral. Thin, nice berry, yeast, light tartness, good.
