From a 500 ml bottle. Pours a clear gold with a small white head. Herbal aromas. Flavors of apple and ginger. Crisp and tasty.

Tap. Clear white grape, straw, small fizzy head, minimal lacing. Aroma is apples and light ginger. Flavor is light tart. Light body. Interesting.

On tap at Fremont Brewing. Pours a clear yellow gold with no head. The aroma is apple, pear, oak. Thin body, apple, oak, pear, nice tartness, good.

On tap at Bottleworks, pours a clear pale golden with a tiny white head. Nose brings out light ginger, medium sweet apples and some light funk. Flavour is along the same lines - the ginger is pretty light, with farmhouse notes and medium sweet apples. Well-balanced and clean. Not my favourite of the Finnriver products, but they excepted this well. Solid.

Draught at Elizabeth Station, Bellingham
Pale color. Mild aroma of apples, very light rosemary. Off-dry, with moderate acidity, very light herbal touch, and mild ginger.
Delicate, interesting, very nice.
