The return of our most popular ever seasonal IPA is imminent! Gentle and soft on the palate with gratuitous use of oats, Citra and Nugget’s duet creates a powerful balance of citrus flowers and fruity bubblegum. Described as “bright and floral,” Bloom lacks the resinous, piney flavors of many IPAs, instead delivering deep citrus undertones with stone fruit, tropical fruit, and floral overlay. For an IPA, it is very saturated and layered beautifully while still being crushable.

Refrigerated 12 oz. brown bottle, March 3, 2021 poured into a glass. Opaque orange with big fuffy white head. Aroma is floral/herbal hops, medium body, medium carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is citrus hops, herbal hops, and floral hops. Seems like this beer holds up well.

Bottle thanks to Karl. Pours a clpudy orange gold with medium frothy white head that lasts. The aroma is strong orange peel, grapefruit pith, pine, grass. Medium body, pineapple, mango, grass, light bitterness, very nice.
