On tap at the brewery/taproom Clear reddish light amber. No head light toasted malts and a clean sharp hop bite. A little Woody and earthy. Another well attenuated beer here

Bright amber, thin head. Aroma is mellow toffee with a fruity yeast accent. Low bitterness but a lot of crackery malts. Again subtle fruity esters, maybe a touch of butter? Maybe. Bit too sweet for my taste

On tap at Optimism, pours a clear copper with a small beige head. Aroma brings out light biscuity malt, not much else. Flavour is subdued, with toasted biscuity malt and English ale yeast. Subtle and underwhelming, but clean and without flaws. Okay.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a dark amber with small beige head that lasts. The aroma is cocoa and roast. Medium body, cocoa, toasted malt, light finish, good.

Draft 12 oz pour at Optimism. Pours a cloudy copper orange pour with a thick foam head. Malt forward aroma. Flavor is really grainy. Nutty, and sweet malt. Subtle fruit. Hoppy finish, with a caramel malt reminder. Tasty, unique addition to the style.
