Part of a flight at the Pike Place, Waterfront View location in Seattle. So six pours for $22:00 plus Tax and Tip (10th August 2025). Really enjoyed this one, nice Belgian yeast aroma with a Wheat Beer banana and clove trace, some coriander in there too. Taste also featured banana, coriander and Belgian yeast like flavours. Clean old golden body, off white crust.

On tap at the Pike Place location. Pours gold. Bubblegum, biscuit, black pepper, synthetic banana, grain, pear. Medium body. Fine.

Tap at the Waterfront venue. Pours gold with a creamy white head. Aroma of yeast/spice. Medium plus body. Dry. Fruity with yeast and clove note. Tasty.

Draft 13 oz pour to a tulip at Josh's Taps and Caps. Rating from backlog. Clean and shiny golden appearance. Spicy nose, with floral tones, and some lemon character. Flavor is sharp up front, lots of cool belgian yeast, and floral constant. Good bite to this as well, as it shows off its strength a little. Refreshing, aromatic, tasty belgian ale here.

Florals and some hay. Nice little Belgian blonde. Well balanced. Golden pour with ok head. Light sweet finish. Tap at brewery.

Sample at the brewpub. Clear golden color with a medium white head that burns away steadily to an outer ring. Strings of lace. Aroma of yeast, fruit and spice. Medium body with flavors of fruity yeast, coriander, malt and mild hops. The finish is banana and yeast. Decent overall.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear orange gold with small white head. The aroma is bubblegum and yeast. Medium body, pure sugar, clove, banana, yeast, light booze finish, good.
