On tap at the brewery. Listed as "Law’s Bourbon Barrel Aged". Pours a dark brown with small off white head. The aroma is candy sugar, yeast, wood. Medium body, candy sugar, wood, dark fruit, caramel, nice boozy finish, very nice.

GABF 2015. Dark brown. Aroma has alcohol, brown sugar, dried fruit. Very sweet in the flavor and more dried fruit. Tons of malt, and a very thick palate that combined with the sweetness caused it to become almost cloying, but not quite.

Tap at the brewery - fairly hefty beast here - mostly malt driven, without the breadth of yeast complexity I usually want in the style, but still complex in malt character alone - plum, tamarind, treacle, chocolate - the yeast does bring some spiciness and earth late - fairly strong alcohol, but not boozy - perhaps a little too sticky in the finish, but decent.
